Who Is Computer Help Personalized?
Computer Help Personalized is owned by Ken Krauss, who is also the lead technician. Ken has almost a decade of experience developing websites and their back-end SQL databases, including multi-million dollar e-commerce websites and extremely complex, custom website applications. In 2002, Ken started Computer Help Personalized because of the number of requests recieved for computer support, bsed on his knowledge and experience of software, hardware, internet, and technical support.
Ken has been programming computers since the first Apple II's and IBM PC's came out when he was a young child. Forget about the internet, the graphical user interface then, was only a far-off dream! Ken's first online experience was as a Prodigy and BBS user in 1991, using transmission rates more than 10,000 times slower than today's broadband connections. And you thought your webpages load slow! Ken began hand-coding HTML based websites in 1998, then began developing websites for clients in 1999. People have been asking him for help fixing their computer issues since he was young, but it took him until 2002 to open Computer Help Personalized.
Because of the rapid changing computer world and complexity of problems at large, Ken sometimes utilizes outside contractors depending on client needs, but you still frequently see him during on-site visits. Personalized help is still priority one.
